And when I say hard work and dedication I’m talking about an agent who coordinated with us when I flew in from California, meeting me on Christmas Eve to show a home, negotiating details on our offer by phone with the other agent and then staying up until 3 am Christmas Day preparing our formal offer so it was ready for us to sign once I landed back in California that same day. This was the culmination of more than a month of work Pam put in assisting us in our home search. Throughout that time, we saw numerous homes that interested us in the online searches Pam set up for us. Pam toured them, took additional photos and videos and did FaceTime tours with us, walking us through the homes, showing us the details and getting answers to all of our questions. There really aren't words to describe someone like Pam, but suffice it to say that when it comes to real estate in Philadelphia, if you're looking in Center City - you don't go anywhere else. Period. I've never met someone so completely in command of their job, but also so incredibly down to earth at the same time. I first met Pam when she hosted an open house at my home in Fitler Square. I was immediately taken with her open, friendly demeanor, but didn't fail to notice that beneath it was straight up hustle. From the open house signs placed at all the best places to draw foot traffic in, to the clever and never over-the-top social media posts, Pam has the most natural, authentic way about her that almost belies just how good she is at her job. And somehow, she knows every neighborhood's ins and outs. I don't know how she does it, but I've now benefitted from it as both a seller and a buyer, and it's absolutely magic. Best thing about Pam is that she understood what I needed. For example, she would list some houses for me to consider. I would note that her list did not include some that I found online. But she had already excluded those that were not a good fit for me (like inconvenient to public transit, had HOA rules, ... or properties that she knew had problems). Pam was extremely helpful in keeping everyone on the team in check (sending reminders, requesting responses); having a team is useful, but it worked for me only because Pam was on top of the game and directing everything! She was patient, explained the process, kept track of deadlines. She recommended house inspectors, contractors and handymen (which I used and am very happy with), and even recently a month after we bought the house she sent e-mail to remind me to re-key the locks. On a personal level she is wonderful! I am very happy I worked with her and will do it again!
