First, I would like to say that I know the Philadelphia area and that I had very specific requirements about a neighborhood and even streets I would consider. I knew what I wanted and would not go for anything else. She understood perfectly that and did not waste my time. She knows the area and the local market extremely well. She filtered the properties for me and showed me only placed I could potentially like. She is extremely prompt in responding to e-mails and text messages: day or night. I know she is very busy, but I felt that I had all her attention. She was patient during the negotiation process (which in our case took months), and we got the price that we are happy with. And when I say hard work and dedication I’m talking about an agent who coordinated with us when I flew in from California, meeting me on Christmas Eve to show a home, negotiating details on our offer by phone with the other agent and then staying up until 3 am Christmas Day preparing our formal offer so it was ready for us to sign once I landed back in California that same day. This was the culmination of more than a month of work Pam put in assisting us in our home search. Throughout that time, we saw numerous homes that interested us in the online searches Pam set up for us. Pam toured them, took additional photos and videos and did FaceTime tours with us, walking us through the homes, showing us the details and getting answers to all of our questions. But she had already excluded those that were not a good fit for me (like inconvenient to public transit, had HOA rules, ... or properties that she knew had problems). Met her at an open house while my daughter was looking around, and we could tell immediately that her knowledge of the city neighborhoods and homes for sale (and previously sold homes) is unparalleled. She is easy to talk to, listens, and makes spot on recommendations. I would not consider using anyone else in the city at this point. I even miss spending time with her!

Within hours of our initial phone call, Pam pulled together several potential properties that met my specifications.
